Talk about what venues and publications you feel your art will work for the best, be it a wildlife magazine or a fashion ad, by talking about it you will bring the buyer to your art that is looking for you.
Lease My Art.org is Free to artists to put up their portfolios for sale. The first 100 artists will get a Gold Account with higher payouts and larger portfolio space.
